The Changing Aging™ Program is designed to provide prevention of the common problems of aging: osteoporosis, falls, cardiovascular disease, dependent living, etc. Our select group of personal trainers are all certified to prescribe fitness programs and take extensive training on the contraindications of clinical conditions.

It is a fitness program for 60+ individuals that is rapidly growing in popularity. This group-oriented and independently functioning program is conducive to older adults who wish to exercise in a supervised setting with friendly and professional staff readily available to answer any questions or concerns.
