About Eli Puterman

Eli Puterman is an Assistant Professor in the School of Kinesiology and is recognized as a Canada Research Chair Tier 2 in Physical Activity and Health and a Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research Scholar. He will be presenting his work outlining the damaging impact chronic stress can have on the aging of our minds and bodies, deep into our cells, but will explore the role of movement in mitigating these effects.
