Fall 2021 KinStartUpKit Presentation & Follow-up Virtual Meeting – Nov 19

The Canadian Kinesiology Alliance (CKA) KinStartUpKit is a free, online educational tool to help kinesiology graduates navigate through the kinesiology industry upon finishing their studies.

The goal for the CKA with this kit is to share the tool with university students directly so they can feel better prepared and informed upon completion of their studies.

The Canadian Kinesiology Alliance / Alliance canadienne de kinésiologie (CKA / ACK) wants to help students of Kinesiology and Physical Activity as they are to enter the workforce or to continue studies in specialties. That’s why #KinStartUpKit is a great tool for undergraduates and graduates to get started as Kinesiologists.

The CKA  encourages you to take the time to better understand how Kinesiology is practiced in Canada and thus help you achieve your career goals.

You are invited to a real-time, virtual follow-up session where you can ask questions about the StartUpKit Presentation:

The CKA is a non-profit organization representing nine Provincial Kinesiology Associations (PKAs), which are member associations with over 4,200 affiliated Kinesiologists. The CKA works with a broad group of stakeholders that include industry, government, and other cause/illness/health professional association groups. The CKA acts to unify and harmonize the governance and standards for kinesiology within Canada. Given that the mandate for the CKA is national in scope, over the years it has worked hard to build mutually beneficial and cooperative relationships with provincial associations and groups.
