Move UBC: Free Lunchtime drop-in gymnastics by Active Kids

February is Move UBC Month!
Move More, Move Well, and Keep Moving!

Active Kids will host a Free Lunchtime drop-in gymnastics, Feb. 7 & Feb 21 at 12:00pm, at Osborne Centre with trampoline, rope swings, rock climbing wall, and a variety of other gymnastics equipment like bars, beams, and a sprung floor. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Certified gymnastics coaches will show you what to do.

This February, explore ways to fit physical activity into your day during Move UBC Month! The School of Kinesiology has partnered with MoveUBC and many others to program and promote healthy movement  across campus. Help us to demonstrate best practices and mobilize KIN knowledge ! We encourage, students, faculty and staff alike to get involved.

Small changes can add up to big impacts–moving more can help improve mental health and resilience, boost your creativity and productivity, and even improve your sleep.
