Features:

  • Individualized exercise programs will incorporate exercises for musculoskeletal and cardiovascular health and can have additional focuses on posture, balance and agility based on the client’s fitness assessment and goals
  • Exercise intensity from session to session is closely monitored by the personal trainer and can be progressed or regressed in order to get the most benefit from every workout
  • Sessions are bundled into 8 to 12 sessions spread over four to six weeks in order to maximize progress towards the client’s goals

Pricing:

  • 8 sessions (1 hour each): $65 per session ($520 total)
