Drop-In is supervised but unstructured time in the Gymnastics facility. It is a great opportunity for everybody to explore the wide variety of equipment, work on skills and have fun.
Please Note:
- Registration for drop-in is now online only. Cash payments will no longer be accepted.
- Please have your registration confirmation (electronic or printed) ready at sign-in for coaches to confirm your registration.
- ALL participants require a waiver (if under 18 YRS- signed by their legal parent or guardian). Waivers are available in the gym.
- No photos or videos are allowed during drop in time.
- Individual drop-in and the purchase of previous drop-in passes are non-refundable.

Registration for drop-in sessions opens 1 week before the drop-in session time and available to book on our Online Calendar.
A reminder that the deadline to redeem a paper gymnastics drop-in pass is Friday, June 21st at 11am. See our drop-in policies below for details.

Family Drop-In (up to 13 YRS)
Summer Term 2024 (ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY)

Our family drop-in hours are supervised but unstructured time in the Gymnastics facility. This time is a great opportunity for children to explore the wide variety of equipment. Participation is first come, first served, and there are limited spaces each week. All child participants must be accompanied by an adult, and children under the age of four are required to be within arm's length of their accompanying adult. Cost: $5/child.

Teen and Adult Drop-In (14+ YRS)

For participants age 14 or older, the adult drop-in sessions are supervised, unstructured sessions that allow you to explore the Gymnastics facility, work on skills and have fun. No gymnastics experience is required, though it is recommended. Participation is first come, first served, and there are limited spaces each week. $10/person
