Intermediate T&T

Front roll tuck
Starts standing, no weight on head, tight tuck held, knees & feet together, stands up without using hands
Back roll tuck
Starts standing, uses both hands, minimal weight on head, finishes on toes, knees do not touch the floor
Handstand
Starts and end in a lunge, arms by ears, body is straight & tight, feet touch at/ near top, steps out controlled one foot at a time, legs do not switch
Cartwheel on line
Start in lunge, arms stay at ears, body stays tight, legs straight, lands in lunge facing starting point
Power hurdle round off
Roundoff finishes with arms at ears and chest up, feet meet at handstand position
Swivel hips
Seat drop, landing in pike sit, chest up, legs straight, hands on trampoline, thumbs at hips, arms up toward ceiling & body extends during rebound & turn, lands in seat drop, can perform several in a row turning the same direction
Front drop
Landing position is flat, with head slightly raised, knees bent slightly, arms are rounded, elbows to the sides, hands just in front of the head with palms down
Back drop
Landing position is on back with the legs at 45° or more, arms are rounded in line with the ears

Power hurdle, roundoff to back
Powerful, controlled, feet snap under with straight legs, lands on resi-mat with a tight body, hips open, and arms by ears, athlete ready to learn roundoff back handspring
Front handspring
Passes through handstand, maintains open body throughout, controlled landing, Athletes still performing this skill of a block onto a mat should be willing to attempt on the floor with a slight spot
Back handspring
Able to perform a standing back handspring with minimal spot. Passes through the correct body positions and remains tight throughout
Straddle dismount
Performed from cast, maintains straight legs throughout, controlled landing
Pike glide swing
Legs straight, feet stay in front, extends at front of swing with chest in & hips open then snaps toes to bar
Long swing pullover
May be performed with a small amount of spot. Demonstrates good tap swing and timing for the pullover
Front handspring vault to feet
Consistently performs a front handspring with straight legs and a controlled landing
Front tuck salto
Able to perform a controlled front tuck from a mini trampoline or on the trampoline
