New Paper Out: Carrot Rewards App

Sept. 13, 2018 – Curious about the influence of the Carrot Rewards App on promoting steps? This study examined whether a multi-component intervention (e.g., goal setting, graded tasks, biofeedback, and incentives) could increase physical activity in two Canadian provinces (BC and NL).
